This original formulation uses a unique manufacturing process. It combines 100% natural polysaccharides with a selection of oak tannins subtly toasted. The polysaccharides improve color stability and participate to roundness, while the tannins harmonize structure and reveal the aromatic potential of wines. Softan® FT is aimed for ageing both red and white wines.
